Change of Mind Returns
Our goal is to ensure every customer has a hassle-free and straightforward online shopping experience. We understand the concerns consumers may have when shopping online. If you wish to return an item after purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange for another product, provided the following conditions are met: the item must be returned in resalable condition, undamaged, with costs borne by the buyer.

Most online orders are directed to the courier immediately, so if you change your mind and cancel the order, it may not be possible to cancel the transit process in time, in which case postage cannot be refunded. Change of Mind Returns for Pre-Order Items
If a customer wishes to cancel a pre-order before the release date, a 5% stock retention fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Game Tables (Pool Tables, Table Tennis Tables, Air Hockey Tables, Foosball, and Poker Tables)
Due to the nature of game tables, receiving a defective table is highly unlikely. Therefore, refunds will only be given if the item is defective or if you change your mind and return the item within 7 days of purchase, in the same condition as received, i.e. new, unused, and resalable, including original packaging and tags.
Any cosmetic issues (e.g. minor chips, uneven paint, discoloration) or missing parts can be easily resolved with replacements. Therefore, no full refunds will be given for any cosmetic issues or missing parts. However, our customer service team may, at their discretion, offer partial refunds as compensation. Replacements will be provided within 60 days of purchase. Replacement claims made after 60 days may incur additional fees.
LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401) will not be responsible for any liquid or weather damage to our indoor table series. Indoor tables must be placed in a fully enclosed area.
Any damage caused by extreme weather to outdoor tables is also not covered by warranty.
If you self-assemble or install the game tables, LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401) will not be responsible for any installation related issues (e.g. slate breakage, screw wear). Installation related issues are not covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear or consumables (e.g. cue tips or ping pong paddles and balls) are not covered under warranty.

Fitness Equipment
Due to the nature of fitness equipment, receiving a defective item is highly unlikely. Any issues caused by misuse or abuse, such as using our home-use treadmill or fitness bench as commercial equipment, will not be compensated or covered under warranty. Electronic gym equipment (i.e. treadmills) requires regular servicing or maintenance. Failing to provide adequate maintenance will result in issues not covered under warranty.
Electric Scooters and Bicycles
Refunds will only be given if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase, in the same condition as received, i.e. new, unused, and resalable, including original packaging and tags.
Due to the nature of scooters and bicycles, only items with manufacturer defects (e.g. structural instability) can be returned to LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401). LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401) needs to determine that this is a manufacturing fault and that the fault is not due to your actions.

If certain spare parts are out of stock, expect a wait of several months due to needing to contact manufacturers or suppliers.
Like regular vehicles, scooters and bikes require regular maintenance. Failing to provide adequate maintenance will result in issues not covered under warranty. If you use the scooter or electric bike for commercial purposes (e.g. delivery), any issues that arise will not be covered. Any issues arising from misuse or abuse (e.g. riding 5000km or more within 6 months without proper maintenance) are not covered under warranty.
Health & Lifestyle and Electrical Devices
Products in this section involve many electronic components or connections. If there are any factory defects, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product through the physical store or online message or email.
Any issues caused by misuse or abuse, such as using our home-grade products as commercial products, will not be accepted for compensation or warranty.

Display and factory second products offered with free delivery are only available to the Sydney metropolitan area. Please see the terms and conditions of our free delivery service for details.
Display and factory second products are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please carefully inspect the item at your local store before purchase. All display and factory second products come with a 12 month warranty. Rest assured, if your warranty expires, we are happy to assist our customers at very reasonable prices.
Returned items for repair will be assessed and repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary as we need time to assess the cause of damage, including misuse, accidents, defective items, or basic troubleshooting. Defective items with minor damage will be replaced with parts, entire sets, or a full credit valid for 24 months.
Please carefully select factory second/display model items. We recommend you preview or inspect any order before adding it to your cart and proceeding with your order. Any return request for items not inspected before purchase will incur a $100 fee, which includes labor, assessment, and/or shipping costs.
We strongly recommend inspecting items before purchase, as returns for change of mind will not be accepted. However, for unsatisfied customers, we offer two options:
What if I want to exchange for another product?
If you simply change your mind and return the item within 7 days of purchase, in the same condition as received, i.e. new, unused, and resalable, including original packaging and tags, you only need to pay the difference to upgrade, or we will refund the difference for a downgrade.
If the item is opened or used, a restocking fee of 20-100% will be charged based on the condition of the item.
Exchanges or swaps are not available after 30 days past purchase. However our customer service team may, at their discretion, offer an exchange or swap. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@homelements.com.au.

What if I want to cancel my pre-order?
Customers who pre-order an item can cancel before the dispatch date or within 24 hours of purchase, without a cancellation fee. However, a 5% fee will apply if the dispatch is after 24 hours. If you change your mind and the dispatch process has commenced, you will need to wait until you receive the item before returning it. For returns, see our returns policy above.
Afterpay/Zip Pay Refund Policy
Afterpay and Zip Pay refunds are issued as store credit (vouchers) only. No cash refunds are provided. If your return is eligible only for a credit voucher, you will receive a credit voucher form upon completion of your return. Any remaining payments will continue to be deducted by Afterpay/Zip Pay from your designated payment method, and you will receive the full/partial purchase amount as a credit voucher upon the return.
Refunds for online purchases made through Afterpay/Zip Pay will be processed via Afterpay/Zip Pay. If only part of the order is returned, After Pay will automatically update your payment plan.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If goods arrive damaged in transit, you can choose not to accept them and return them with the courier. We can arrange a replacement or refund for you. Damaged goods must be returned in their received condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals. If the courier's truck is fully loaded and cannot pick up the damaged goods, please leave a note describing the damage on the goods and hand it to the courier. The courier will then forward it to LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401), and we will contact you to arrange a later replacement.
If you do not leave a note with the courier and we have no record of damage on arrival, we can only offer a replacement, not a refund, provided you contact LINSY HOME ELEMENTS (ABN: 42676563401) within 48 hours of receipt.
Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty.
We maintain strict quality control over all our products. However, if a manufacturer's defect is found, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or replacement parts for defective items.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced. Please sign "Damaged on Receipt" on the consignment note to facilitate our claim with the courier.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, natural disasters, or other external causes. Damage caused by operating the equipment outside the instructions will also void the warranty. If unauthorized service personnel (excluding standard maintenance) modify, alter, or tamper with the item, the warranty is void.
If you wish to return an item not due to a manufacturer's fault, refer to the "Change of Mind Returns" in the return policy. Fees may apply.
If the item is returned to us and assessed as not a manufacturer's fault, we will discuss the actual issue with you for support. In this case, if you wish to cancel the order and request a refund, refer to the "Change of Mind Returns" in the return policy. Fees may apply.

Tyres, brakes, handlebar grips, decals, and deck tape/grip tape are not covered by the warranty as they are considered consumable items. Additionally, shipping is not covered by warranty and are non-refundable.

Super cheap shipping rates are available for other regions. Please provide your postcode and suburb for a shipping quote.
Items will be delivered to the front door/garage on the ground floor only. Assistance is required for moving items upstairs or inside. Please contact us prior to purchase if needed.
A cardboard collection service is available upon installation for an additional $50 fee.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. After purchase, please confirm the delivery address and the best contact phone number.
Due to weight and size considerations, an able-bodied person may be required to assist with unloading certain items.
Note: Customers are required to provide a parking space for our installation service. If no parking space is provided, additional charges will apply.
Assembly services can be purchased in-store and online. Generally, our wait time is about 2-3 weeks after receiving full payment. Urgent/specified time assembly services may incur extra charges.

For local pickup and inspection, please visit our warehouse/showroom. Due to the high volume of pickup orders, please provide at least one day's notice before coming to collect your items.
